Since there are no vacancies, selection processes, or open job pools for male profiles, the production company lacks a legal basis for processing such data. In strict compliance with current regulations, any email, resume, or graphic material submitted by male profiles is immediately and irreversibly deleted by the system upon receipt, without being subject to reading, registration, or archiving.
